Self-Study Course

Welcome Video

Lesson One - Vision

Close your eyes and picture yourself five years from now.

You are fully walking in the calling God has placed on your life. You are disciplined, confident, and in the best physical shape of your life. You are no longer striving; you are aligned.

Who is she at her core?

Download the Workbook and go through the journaling prompts. The workbook outlines the entire lesson, one video's on your vision.

After completing the vision workbook, it’s time to create the Space and Time to Become Her

Be the woman who has the capacity to steward her health and wellness by taking control of her time.

Ephesians 5:15-16

See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil.

Lesson 2 - Identity

Identity Statements

In this section, you will begin to write identity statements based on the overall vision and goals you have for your health and wellness. These identity statements can be a blend of your overall vision and short-term goals, for example:

  • I am in the best shape of my life.

  • Losing weight is fun and easy.

  • I am 150 pounds.

  • I eat with intention.

  • I have dominion and power over my food choices.

The goal is to match your identity statements to the woman you want to be and your weight loss goals.

You are not writing wishful statements. You are defining the identity you are stepping into.

These statements must be clear, specific, and rooted in truth. Because the language of the brain is certain, write each statement in the present tense as if it is already true.

Not who you hope to be.

Not who you’re trying to become.

Who you are choosing to be now.

Lesson 3 - Strategy

Selecting Your Strategy for Long-Term Success

Congratulations, you have worked on your vision and your identity. Now it’s time to identify your strategy.

I want you to zoom out and look at the overall goal you have. Let’s say it is 50 pounds, and ask yourself what strategy will help me get there, and I can see making that a lifestyle.

For example, I lost 100 pounds living a sugar-free/low-carb diet. This was in alignment with my goals and how I see myself eating as a lifestyle.

The truth is, you can lose weight using different diets or strategies. The key to success is choosing the path that will work long-term, or that is sustainable enough to get the results you want.

Evaluating and Refining

Every 90 days, do a check-in.

Take time to pause, reflect, and reset. Progress isn't about perfection—it's about making adjustments that move you forward.

  • Is your current strategy working?

  • What needs to shift, change, or pivot to better support your goals?

  • Instead of getting discouraged, get curious. What is your body trying to tell you? What does it need in this season?

  • Have your priorities or circumstances changed? If so, how can you adjust your plan without giving up on your vision?

  • If you're completely honest with yourself, have you been fully committed, or have you been choosing what's safe and convenient?

  • What is one change you can make over the next 90 days that will bring you closer to your vision?

Lesson 4 - Action

Make the decision and take action

You have the strategy and the mindset shifts, now it's time to implement.

Don't get caught up in perfection, just start taking messy, imperfect action.

Decide in advance that you are going to lose weight. It is non-negotiable, and it is going to happen.
